Service Levels

• Standard service level (breakdown repair time – during the next working day, break down reporting time on working days from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, SLA – 5×8) is included in the price.
• The premium for improved service (damage repair time – within 8 hours, damage reporting time from 8.00 to 20.00, 7×12) is 75% of the service price.
• The premium for professional service (damage repair time – within 4 hours, damage reporting time – 00.00 – 24.00, 7×24) is 100% of the service price.

About the service

iLink provides Internet connections for businesses and individuals. iLink is an electronic communications merchant (Internet and telecommunications service provider) registered with the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Latvia since November 7, 2003. The quality of services is ensured by several independent data transmission channels from different Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Continuous connection to the Internet network is ensured by automatic data routing, even in cases when one of the data transmission channels does not work. Customers are mostly connected to the iLink Internet access point (AS) with an optical cable, which is the most secure and fastest connection method.
