Cars Explorer (hereinafter referred to as CAREX) is an operational accounting system for railway wagons and cargo with the following functionality:
- Registration of the movement of railway wagons at the station and seaport terminal;
- Calculation and verification of carrier fees;
- Preparation of reports on wagon movement, handling, downtime and reasons for downtime.
CAREX software is used by Latvian sea ports. The use of CAREX software gives the opportunity to save company resources by optimizing the movement of wagons in the station and terminal and reducing downtime.
